What does 'kbps' mean (Eg 128kbps)?

This refers to the bitrate you can stream at. The bitrate means the quality of the connection. 128k is CD stereo quality whereas the lowest is 24k and is more like telephone quality. 64k would be equivalant to FM quality.

What are 'Listener Slots' ?

This term refers to the maximum amount of people you can have listening to your server at ONE TIME. As soon as someone disconnects, that 'slot' becomes available again.

Are there any bandwidth limits?

No, you are only limited by the number of people you can have listening and the maximum bitrate.
